COVID-19 Response

In-Office Sessions

For registered clients, you will receive an email a day prior to your in-office appointment with a mandatory questionnaire screening regarding COVID-19 related symptoms. This questionnaire will determine whether you exhibit any presenting symptoms and  whether you may proceed with your scheduled appointment or to reschedule your appointment.

Social Distancing

Maintain a physical distance of 6 feet or more from others. There are markings on the floor to help you maintain a safe distance from the front desk. Seating in the waiting area is separated to help maintain social distancing. It is required for visitors to bring and wear a face covering in the office. Face coverings will not be provided to visitors.

Office Limitations

A maximum of one person may accompany a child to their appointment. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please email and/or call the Centre to schedule an appointment. Do NOT come into the office to book an appointment. Visitors are not permitted other than scheduled appointments.  Appointments will be scheduled with sufficient time in-between each appointment to reduce the amount of people in the waiting area and to ensure thorough cleaning before and after each appointment.

Touch disinfecting areas include doorknobs, keyboards, computer mice, chairs, table/desk surfaces. All waiting area toys, books, magazines will be removed. If you wish to read the brochures and/or business cards, please take one and refrain from touching other brochures/cards and putting them back.

Important Notice: If a visitor and/or staff has tested positive for COVID-19, KPC is obligated to inform other visitors who may be in contact with the virus. The identity of the visitor who contracted COVID-19 will not be disclosed.
